Which data?

Name, phone number, email address, project information, photos or plans that you voluntarily share via WhatsApp, phone, SMS or email.

Purpose

The data is used for contact, project discussion, planning and preparing an estimate. It is not sold.

Contact form

You can enter your name, a phone number and/or e-mail address and project details in the website form. For in-page delivery, Web3Forms processes those details to forward the request to Stonix by e-mail, while hCaptcha processes the spam check. If that provider configuration is unavailable, the website only validates the fields locally and opens a prefilled message in your own e-mail application. In that case, you review and send the e-mail yourself.

Analytics and cookies

Stonix uses Google Analytics (GA4) solely to measure and improve use of the website in aggregate. Analytics cookies and advertising conversions are separate optional choices. Until you consent to a purpose, no Google tag for that purpose loads, no cookies are placed and no data is sent. You can refuse analytics without any consequences for your use of the site, and change or withdraw either choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page.

When you also choose advertising conversions and Google Ads measurement is configured, a conversion is recorded only after the form provider confirms that a quote request was delivered. No name, phone number, e-mail address or free-text project message is included in that conversion event. Advertising personalisation, remarketing signals and enhanced conversions are disabled. Stonix does not sell this data.
